1. Service Description

90TRADINGCLUB provides trading signals through a private Telegram channel. These signals include trade recommendations based on market analysis. Members also gain access to trade history, weekly and monthly reports, and in-depth trade analysis.

2. Subscription & Payments

• The subscription fee is as stated at the time of purchase and may vary based on promotions.
• A 30-day free trial is included with your subscription.
• If a promo code (e.g., SPRING_25) is used, the discounted rate applies as per the promotion details.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases outlined in our refund policy (see Section 5).
• Payments are processed through Whop or any other designated platform.

3. User Responsibilities

• Subscribers must not share trading signals, reports, or any content provided within the Telegram channel. Doing so may result in termination of access without a refund.
• Users acknowledge that trading involves risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure they comply with local financial regulations when using our service.

4. Risk Disclaimer

• Trading financial assets, including forex and crypto, involves risk. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
• 90TRADINGCLUB is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a performance-based refund policy:

• If our trading signals do not generate a minimum 20% return on investment (ROI) within a given month, we will refund that month's subscription fee.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the end of the month.
• Refunds apply only to the monthly subscription fee and not to any promotional or discounted offers.
• We reserve the right to review and verify refund claims based on our trade records.

6. Intellectual Property

• All signals, reports, and materials provided within 90TRADINGCLUB remain the property of the service.
• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination & Modifications

• We reserve the right to terminate any user's access to the service for violations of these terms.
• 90TRADINGCLUB may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
